I randomly stopped in here after hitting a pot hole pretty hard about block away. My tire was very low and I was so glad to spot this place so I didn't have to drive too far on a close-to-flat tire. The mechanic was super friendly, inflated my tire as well as checked the other three and upon deeper inspection found a nail in my already victimized tire. the staff could not have been friendlier. They repaired the nail hole, and offered an estimate in case i wanted to replace the tire. the cost to replace my tire was very fair, and the wait wasn't too long, considering they had to leave to go pick it up from somewhere else. This part doesn't have to do with tire maintenance, but while i was waiting, i overheard them talking to each other in the garage - and they were really kind to each other too, which was nice. It made me feel like they were good people. Another side note: They have Tolkien's Lord of the Rings trilogy in actual book form in their waiting area! All around good vibes, super fair prices, and made a pretty stressful situation feel not so bad. I'll for sure go back for all of my tire needs for life - and probably oil changes too, since I saw that they do that there. It w

Helpful, dedicated to doing a good job. The only place I know of that gives you a whole car break down regardless of why the vehicle is in for repair. I now know what to prepare for in other aspects of my car. That to me is really helpful.

I lost my mechanic(retirement)I have been going to for almost 30 years. Very hard to find a reliable/trusting shop. I drove by this shop on Halloween and they were doing a trunk or treat for the neighborhood and just thought it was amazing so I gave them a try. Didn't disappoint me at all. They were amazing from front desk to tech. Worked with extended warranty and they do not push you to do any repairs if not in your budget. Love them they will have my family has customers for as long as they will have us! Thank you

I have taken a couple of my vehicles to Elite Mobile now. It has been a really good experience so far. One of the things I really appreciate is having pictures of the issues they have found in their report. It is nice to see what they are talking about. The repairs have been good and done efficiently.

Service date: August 27, 2026 Lee did a mobile oil change for me. He’s the best! Thank you! *** Micah, Lee, Dalton, Chris and Erik always take the best care with my car. I’ve had to have a few major repairs done this past year and they are thorough! My battery died and I called them. I got a jump start and headed to them. The new battery was delivered and installed within an hour and I was headed home. Royal treatment. They also service the fleet with my employer and their mobility services are exceptional. I won’t go elsewhere. Thanks guys!
